Lake B2B is compliant with global laws and regulations surrounding Do Not Call, and our teams are committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights to privacy with regard to helping them exercise a choice to modify the way they want to receive marketing messages or completely stop it.
Lake B2B has established and implemented procedures to honor customers’ requests that they would not be called unless permitted to, and appropriate personnel have received training for adherence. Procedures include consultation of guidelines like the National Do Not Call Registry and internal Do Not Call List for telephone solicitation.
In addition to complying with the various state and federal regulations – those which permit Lake B2B to contact customers who have subscribed for call alerts – we also maintain an Internal Do Not Call Record of those consumers who have requested to be excluded from receiving marketing messages by phone (voice, text, or fax).
This Internal Do Not Call Record is retained by Lake B2B until a consumer makes a new inquiry, thereby agreeing to be contacted at the number(s) provided.

As a responsible marketing company, we respect your choice to not receive telemarketing calls. We are DMA members, and as a condition of membership, are required to suppress the phone numbers of individuals who have registered on the federal government’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and those who have notified the DMA that they do not want to receive telemarketing calls. As a DMA member, Lake B2B subscribes to and suppresses any phone number on the DMA’s Telephone Preference Service file from its telemarketing lists.
If you are a resident of PA or WY, you can register for DMA’s Telephone Preference Service (TPS), which is the Official Do Not Call list for the States of Pennsylvania and Wyoming. To register your opt-out preference, please visit https://www.dmachoice.org/DMAdnclist/index.php.
Other consumers who wish to decrease the amount of unsolicited telemarketing calls they receive should register with the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry. The federal government’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry allows you to permanently restrict telemarketing calls by registering your phone number at donotcall.gov or by calling 1 888 382 1222. The Federal Trade Commission advises that it is not necessary to register cell phone numbers on the DNC Registry despite e-mail claims circulating on the Internet telling you to do so.
Placing your number on this national registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all of them. Calls that are still permitted include those from:
